American Wood Flags collects only the information you provide (name, email, order details) to fulfill orders and send updates. We don't sell your information to anyone. Ever.

Terms

All sales are final. Each flag is built to order. Build time is approximately 4 weeks. Shipping is included in the $349 price.

Returns & Refunds

Every flag is custom-built to order by hand, so all sales are final — I'm not able to accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind.

That said, I stand behind my work. If your flag arrives damaged or has a defect, email me at jonathan@americanwoodflags.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo and I'll make it right — repair, replacement, or refund at no cost to you.
